2006 Tiffin Phaeton Lippert slide out part

I'm looking for a replacement long-toothed (geared) bar for my 2006 Tiffin Phaeton for the bed slide out.

The gear teeth are worn down in spots and slip when sliding out and back. The part is by Lippert.

Lippert doesn't still make the part, and I can't seem to get them to reply to my request to charge me to set the tool and make it. Tiffin doesn't have it, either, and no one there seems to know if next year's slide-out size is the same, so I can possibly replace the entire mechanism.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd take it to a (good) machine shop and explain what you want... I'm sure they can duplicate it easily enough.

I honestly don't know what they might have changed from 2006 and up, but they sell a slide out repair kit that you cut the bars (tracks) to length. I bought my kit from Amazon as it was much less expensive than through Lippert.

Try an RV junk yard like https://rvparts.visonerv.com/cgi-bin/welcome.pl?.
