2007-2012 low milage for FT

My wife and I (late 60's) hope we are about 1-2 months away from a purchase. We prefer higher end gas, 34 to 36 foot. Budget prefers $60,000 to $80,000. Prime candidates are Adventurer/Suncruiser, Canyon Star, Open Road. W-24 chassis and Chevy preferred, but you can't always get what you want! We have been trying to stay under 30,000 miles. An independent inspection is a must before we buy. Other than tires, are there issues we should be considering?

Yes, in my opinion and that of some others you should be looking at Newmar and Allegro gas rigs.

Don’t overlook National RV’s they aren’t made an more but they still are a great Class A gasser on Workhorse W22 and W24 chassis Allison Transmission and a very good 8.1 Vortec Power Plant that’s hard to beat. I have a 2004 love it and it’s our first.

Take your time. Drive a few shorter and longer, gas and diesel, pusher and puller.

Find the floorplan that takes your breath away.

Wife and I educated ourselves for 4 months then 6 months later finally knew what we wanted. NONE of the one we wanted were available - and then suddenly, there were three being advertised. We got our 2008 Tiffin Phaeton 36 foot diesel pusher with 85000 miles for $80K. Works great and we love it.

I wish you success finding the one you want.
