Got some more information - apparently the original owner purchased it, then had health issues. It had a grand total of 1400 miles on it when the current owner purchased it. It sat in storage until a year ago, apparently getting exercised (not sure). The AC's were used to keep it cool, and the current owner bought it, put two new AC's on it as they were weak. Also replaced tires, batteries, and fluids. He then took it on a trip to Sturgis and ended up buying a campground, and needs the money for closing.

It's intriguing, but he needs it sold by 2 January, which is to fast for me.

Scares me a little that it has been idle for all those years and only 8900 miles. Were the miles put on in 2007 ? I'd want it checked out by some professionals. Obviously NADA will add value with the low mileage but they do not subtract for a vehicle sitting for over a decade.
NADA does not use mileage in their diesel motorhome pricing calculations....only for gas engines. Below from page on their website.....

Mileage

Mileage MAY be taken into consideration for gas engine only.

Enter Mileage:**
(DO NOT use for diesel engines)

A few months ago we purchased a 2011 with 9800 miles (39 hrs generator). I had/have the same concerns.

I don't have enough data yet to have full confidence. However, during the few months I've put about 500 miles and 15 hours on the genny. No surprises. All works smoothly with no signs yet. I plan to do an 8k mile trip this summer. Proof will be in that trip.

As long as nothing expensive pops up, we feel we did really well. There is no wear and tear on the interior or exterior. Each time I walk into it I feel like it is our "new" coach that someone else borrowed for the price of nearly half the value.

Another thought having low mileage it was full time lived in, that would account for no miles.
