I've got an outside mounted 90% sunblock clip on screen, great for the heat and good for added insulation in the cooler weather too.
Many suppliers of this product , mine was made by a small shop in Quartzsite , 10 years of use, 5 months a year, and still like new .

for our tuscany my wife got a big roll of relfectix and she covered it on one side with tropical fish and the other with deer patterned material
i fashioned snaps that attach on panel just in front of the power shades and use a few small round baskets at bottom to hold it close to window
the baskets have keys and dog stuff and a flashlight

we put some long 1/4 inch straps sewn in standing upright inside it to help hold shape and it allows it to be rolled up and place din basement.
it helps alot, but hat big glass is a bear to keep the sun heat out
