2007 Georgie Boy Pursuit 3100 DS STEP?
Helping my brother look at his step operation. He's in TN and I'm in NC so we're trying to do this remotely. He just purchased a 2007 Georgie Boy Pursuit 3100 DS and he says his step "IS NOT" automatic when he opens the door. There is a switch by the door and it opens and closes the step manually. When he opens the door, the step stays in unless he uses the switch to let it out. Also when he starts the engine, the step stays out unless he uses the switch to close it. I've never seen a step work this way. He doesn't see any kind of magnetic or ball switch in the door frame. The step is a Kwikee 32 series 903200900.
Have any of you guys heard of a manual operation electric step before?
Is there an upgrade to make it automatic?
