2008 Holiday Rambler Diesel Belt diagram
AC locked up and shredded the fan belt. Appears to be only one. I think I have the correct belt but need the diagram to install it. Also have to replace the AC compressor so any tips would be appreciated.

Have to ask which diesel ?? ISB ? ISC ?
Is the A/C compressor driven by the serpentine belt , or separate ?
Did the compressor clutch bearing lock up , or is the damage internal in the compressor ?
With internal damage, the amount of work to replace the compressor goes way up.

Let me know which engine you have and I'll see if mine is the same. I have an owners manual, have you looked in your manual to see if the diagram is in there?

Yes, driven by the SERP belt. Engine is ISB. Compressor locked up. Found a Sanden FLX 7 U4420 replacement for $225. Cant find the dryer anywhere (Parker 054-000-11 or 085618-00 both numbers on dryer. No diagram in my owners manual. I found some diagrams on cummins website that will help me get there.

Any internal issues with the compressor , could easily have spread debris into the lines ; that could destroy a new compressor ; so proper flushing of the lines is required .

THe belt for mine is Gates K080830 HD
Change the tensioner also, its Gates 38576

The pulley is grooved, but, the way the belt runs is groove on crank, groove on fan, flat on idler arm, groove on ac, flat on water pump, groove on alt, groove on tensioner.
The belt is grooved on one side and green on the flat side.
