If buying used Iwould set about 25% to the side for freshening, updates, and unplaned maintenance.

Yep. Mine will be a teenager next year too. I really haven't found anything I like any better as far as the floor plan. And the Workhorse is a great chassis.

I don't know how someone could pass up the Country Coach mentioned earlier in the thread...looks remarkable.
We just dropped off our 2007 London Aire at MHSRV near Dallas I think they're asking 250k and it's worth that much and more.

Seems that buying new is frequently buying problems...only difference you can plan 1 - 2 trips to the factory first year to get them fixed...and you won't have to pay extra.
