The biggest difference is, if you buy a top end used MH, when you fix stuff, you have a TOP END MH, that went for well over 1/2 million new. When you fix new stuff, you still have cheap build.

You ever been in a 20 year old, top end MH? Solid wood cabinets. Real wood floors. Real tile floors. STEEL. etc.
