2010 Gulfstream Montaj

I just bought a 2010 Gulfstream Montaj and absolutely love it!
I need some help with the windshield defroster , I can hear the fans turning but there is no air flow at the windshield. I assume the doc
Still are blocked. But donít know how to access the lovers or fans !
Any help would be appreciated

When the HVAC system fails, typically the default position is the doors divert all air to the defrost vents. It's a safety thing. I'd turn the fan on the fastest setting and from under the dash try to unhook a vent hose or two and check for air flow at the open hoses.
