2011 Damon Avanti no 12v

Hello Everyone and thanks for the opportunity to join your group. My name is Rick Kreusling. My fiance and I own a 2011 Thor Damon Avanti. Our immediate issue is we have no 12 volt power. To shorten the story, we woke to a chill, tuned on the furnace, coffee maker and everything was fine till our Xantrex Freedom 1000 monitor went dark and beeped. Now no ref., etc. We bought a new coach battery. Still no 12v. Shore power is working. Seems I have an open to the inverter. No voltage to input cables. I 'very no elec. Schematic. Does anyone know where the "battery control center" exists on this coach. I see no fusible links, etc. I know I am missing something but hate to wear out my welcome too soon. Thx
