2012 AC Revolution or FR Berkshire Xlt

Which would you purchase, a 2012 AC Revolution 42T or a new 2018 FR Berkshire FOR 45A? AS is in great shape and very well maintained.
Thanks for the input.

Title corrected.

I'd go with the Rev. AC is known for good coaches. More chance the bugs have been worked out of it vs the Berkshire.

They’re both quite nice, if cared for. The floorplan and overall feeling you have in the coach really is what’s important. Everything with an rv involves pluses and minuses it seems. Go with the one that feels right, and have a great time with it.
