Welcome to iRV2!

If you could post your chassis and engine someone may be more able to help.

Not sure how the fuel supply is cut off, if there is any type of solenoid type control I'd check there.

Any chance it might be a faulty ignition switch on the dash ? Stranger things have happened.

We got told to unplug it from a shop and nothing had changed. Still full power on.

Start it up, turn the ignition off kill both rear disconnects. When it stops turn the disconnects back on and check for voltage at the fuel stop solenoid. If you find voltage and the solenoid is always hot I'd start looking for ignition voltage and tap off of that for the fuel stop solenoid. If it has a rear start box that would be a good place to start.
