Does anyone know where the computer data port is located up front or if there is one up front. I found one in the rear above the radiator but was wondering if there is one up front if so I have not been able to find it.

The only engine / trans data port on diesel chassis is at the rear that I have seen.

My 2006 Fleetwood on FREIGHTLINER chassis has a data port above the radiator as the OP found, but there is another one just under the dash and above the steering column. Rather hard to find because of the bundles of wires.

Our Freightliner and Power Glide both had data ports under the dash as well as in the rear engine area. With your 2013, it should be a 1-1/4" diameter black cap that screws off the port. It will look similar to below, only it should be black. They went to the J1939-2 Green port in 2016.

My 2013 Palazzo is like yours. The one port I saw was in the back above the radiator. I did not look for the one up front. Mine is in storage at this time. I have checked all the documentation I have and nothing that mentions the data ports or their locations. I now need to locate it as well so I know. I know where almost everything is, but I forgot to look for that port. I hope you have a mirror and flashlight. That would be my first move barring someone posting it here.

You could try shooting lots of pics or vids with phone at different angles up under dash.
