2014 Fleetwood Excursion 35B

We are so excited to be picking up our new FW Excursion next week. Bought a FW Jamboree 24R DSL in January, but decided it was too small for more than a few nights on the road. Ancira RV in Boerne, TX gave us a decent deal so we will drive 200 miles to pick it up. Amazing that we have to go to a small TX Hill Country town to trade, but the Houston dealers were horrible and have terrible reputations. Regardless, we are pretty pumped about upgrading to a big rig with a lot more bells & whistles than Elvis...our Jamboree (although we kinda hate to see him go). Happy Trails!

Kens, I bought my coach from Holiday World in Katy. They delivered the coach to Holiday World of Dallas where I took actual delivery of the coach. I wish I'd known then what I know now. A lot of things would have been different.

Glad you were able to get a good deal at Ancira. I've hear they are great folks there.

Post pictures when you get it!

Don't know what's up with RV dealers. Had to go to Florida to get the Jamboree. What an ordeal! Holiday World didn't have anything we were interested and our friends had a nightmare with them, so just as we'll. cannot believe in all of Houston and surrounding area, there is not a reputable dealer. Will post pic next week. Thx for response.

Delivery not until Wed. Will post next week. Hate the wait, but have to drive 250 miles to get it, then spend the night. Dealer doesn't prep until deal is final and we want to see in person before handing over a check. Stay tuned!

We bought our Bounder from Holiday World in Katy because we didn't know any better. It was our first RV, so next time we will be more savvy shoppers. Thank goodness our Bounder has been mostly trouble-free so we never had to use the Holiday World service department beyond the initial nit-pick list.

I hope you love your new motorhome and we'll be waiting to see the pics!!
