What I wanted to say was?? Anyone see anything wrong with this!
Or "everything but the kitchen sink, but they forgot the kitchen sink".
Looking at the ad, the bathroom sink looks bigger,

I think I saw one in person. (We were doing some walk throughs at a show. First comment was the sink gets changed out. Really stupid for a sink meant to cook and wash dishes in.

That's why selecting a good floor plan is sooooo important.

Makes one wonder who designs some of these rigs.

Exactly,, I saw one last week that you could not view the TV from the couch
The designers should go camping a few times. Or they could hire me as a "consultant" I have lots of opinions, few are correct.

Really? I for one don't need a double sink to wash dishes. Wash, rinse, repeat. Perhaps the sink is too small for fulltimers. But what FT is buying an ACE anyway?
Personally I have seen too many motorhomes with limited counter space because the builder puts a double sink in. Our previous motorhome had enough counter space to hold a coffee maker and jug of water...then it was maxed out. We were always preparing and serving food off our table.
And you can't see the tv from the couch? Why, you can't look up? lol

With the raised lip round bowl using a dish drainer and tray is impractical enough to make it a constant annoyance that a single bowl square flush sink would not have.
The stove could be a fire hazard without a heat shield.
Televisions not at a good sight line are a pain in the neck. Literally.
All of those issues or a residential refrigerator would be an immediate no sale for us. We do not need to add aggravations to our lives.

I don't understand the purpose of this thread. If you like the floor plan, buy it. If you don't like the floor plan, don't buy it. If it comes close, buy it, then modify it so that it does meet your needs.
