2015 entegra anthem front seat issue

Front passenger seat will not stay reclined. With passenger seated the chair will recline when the recline lever is pulled up and will stop when the lever is released. If the passenger moves at all, removing pressure from the seat back, the seat returns to the upright position. Anyone have any experience with this issue or know what the fix may be?

Try this push the recline down as far as you can, pull up on the seat back forward as far as you can once you complete try to recline it should stay in the position you want until you adjust again.
