What specifically are you looking for? Ride, performance, quality? Personal preference.... I went with 2017 PA 36u for the larger motor and longer wheelbase. I did not need a second bath and would have preferred a larger living area. I did not care for the TV over the dinette in the 33 but the bedroom is prefect in the 33.

Ride and performance. I did not know it was a rebranded excursion.

I currently have a 2016 FW Excursion 35B. Yes, the Excursions have been rebranded to Pace Arrows for 2017. I have a 2017 PA 36U on order for delivery in March. When shopping for the 2016 we seriously considered the 33D, the length is preferred for the type of camping we do but the decision was made to go with the 35 because of the overall handling with the longer wheelebase and the stronger motor for towing. I can't speak to the 33 but the 35 tows nicely. plenty of power to get up hills. The 2017 we test drove seemed to handle better. I'll know in another month or two.

I was very disappointed with the handling of my 2014 Excursion. Constantly steering to keep it straight. And yes, I did have it aligned. The power was fine. Towed a Nissan Murano on a dolly with no worries.

Much happier with the ride on my 2015 Discovery. Might be the longer wheelbase.

If I were to do it over again and go with a shorter coach, I'd think seriously about a higher end gasser and put the extra money into a nicer build and finish coach. But we like the bigger Discovery and have no regrets

jondrew, thank you that response as it helps me in my decision. I have almost ruled out diesel after looking at a ton of gassers at the Tampa RV show.
