2018 Bounder 35k

I have received conflicting instructions on maintenance/cleaning the roof of my 2018 Bounder 35K. I have been told that I only need to wash it using a mild soap. I have been told that I need to re-condition it after cleaning. I have also been told that using a re-conditioner is not necessary. Looking for advice. Thanks.

Don't know what Fleetwood is using these days but our 2007 Bounder has a TPO roof - I get up there about once a year with a water hose attached to a car wash brush and give it a decent scrubbing. We take it to our service place for inspection and resealing as needed. After 13 years and over 45K miles it is still in great shape...
