2018 coachmen mirada 34bh vs 2019 winnebago intent 31p
Hi all,
Sold my 2003 coachmen mirada 34mbs last week and searching for a newer bunkhouse model. I have narrowed my search (I think) to a 2018 coachmen mirada 34bh or winnebago intent 31p.
Looking here for first hand experience with these models specifically. I appreciate any other knowledge on the brands as well. Both units have fiberglass roofs which is nice, both have bunks and drop down beds above driver. Winnie has outdoor kitchen which is a *nice to have* Coachmen has much more basement storage and water holding capacity.

Just looking at a couple of things the Mirada (did you mean 35BH?) looks better.
GVWR: Mirada – 22000, Intent-18000
As you said the Mirada has better Fresh/Gray/Black tanks: Mirada 70/90/90, Intent 48/40/35
Also nice, I think the Mirada uses Azdel Composite panels.
No, it's a 34bh. I'm having trouble finding much literature about this year and model combo as well, which is odd. Assuming it was maybe a mid year model and not a ton produced? I have found several 2019 34bh for sale so maybe they are more associated with 2019 vs 2018. Yes, as far as I can tell coachmnen has used azdel since 2006 on outside walls. the 35bh has 1.5 baths the 34bh I am looking at has the normal mid coach bath and a big back window in the bedroom
AZ Expert on YouTube explains a critical roof inspection to do on Winnebago Class A's. I would suggest educating yourself on their unique roof system and it's weak point when you inspect one. Good luck.

Sorry, folks, a little late to the party. Just confirming that the Mirada does have Azdel on the exterior side of the walls. All laminated Coachmen models added it to the interior as well around 2020, but you're referring to a 2018 unit.
More good news, Winnebago also uses Azdel on the exterior side, and I'm pretty sure they were using it in their motorhomes in 2018 models. Winnebago travel trailers added Azdel to the sidewalls in 2019.
