Well, I'll go just one step further as I'm not an expert at wiring/electrical and then leave the rest to those who are experts --we have many here on the forum-- or those who have the same chassis as yours. I do not fit either description
The next thing I'd check would be the fuse.
It appears to me from the Ford F53 owners manual for 2018 (I believe 2017 is identical ...not sure if you have a 2017 or 2018 chassis) that the fuse you'd want to check is # 41 in the passenger compartment fuse panel. They label it as "Instrument cluster lighting/switch illumination" so I'm guessing that that's the fuse that would protect the instrument panel lighting? No matter, you may want to check that fuse to see if it's providing continuity.
That fuse panel should be located below and to the left of the steering column near the brake pedal and will have a cover that will pull off. There should be a puller on the back of the cover that you can use to pull the fuse. The fuse should be a 10A. Even if it looks to be okay by a visual inspection, if you have a new spare 10A fuse, try changing it out to be sure.
If anything I've said is wrong or changing the fuse doesn't work, we'll wait for the experts or those more familiar with your coach than I am to give you further diagnostics.
