2020 Fleetwood Flair

I’m looking for any help anyone can offer on the value of a 32 foot Flair with 6000 miles.
Any issues with this coach, is it a quality unit.
I’ve never owned a Fleetwood rig and would like to know more about it.
My budget is $85,000.

FYI
For 1/2 of that you can get an '04-'06 Pace Arrow 37c gasser, and they were the "good" years. Look in RV Trader.

A 2020 unit might have been built during the pandemic. The Flair is the very entry level of the Fleetwood RV lines. With any purchase always get it inspected by a qualified RV inspector. No disrespect to Flair owners.

What is the reason for the person selling it?
