Since this is a new coach, you should have received an owners bag that has info on every system in the coach - although nothing that ties it all together. Did you get an Owners guide? I found one online and it explains a lot of stuff for me. I bought used and got nothing....
If you have the owners bag spend some time in there to learn about the different components in your coach. I ended up copying my buddy's stuff in his owners bag.
Being all electric (I assume you are), you need to understand batteries and how to manage the charge storage. You'll need to do a deep dive into that. There are some smart people on this site for that - try the Going Green forum.

PS: Look in the Newmar Owners forum

Do you have a residential fridge ??? and I assume 2nd basement freezer? How many and what type/size coach batteries do you have? If you check and share amps. or model of both appliances so people can calculate use. Or your wanting someone with same coach to have exact knowledge to chime in. If your not in and out of them they will not cycle much. I have had my power out at home for more than 10 hours and my packed full side by side fridge is fine still. The more mass of cold food/beer you have the longer it will stay that way.
I'm with the others if you have 6 batts full you"'ll be fine.
I 'll run a medium size fan and older 42" flat screen TV for 6 hours and still make drip coffee in the morning on 4 Gold cart batts.

Youtube has just about every video tutorial imaginable. I would recommend RV geeks channel if you want good tutorials
