If I was ordering one for myself, I'd be satisfied with that breaker.

Here's the disclaimer: I am not a licensed electrician.

You should check that the one you get is the one that's advertised, that it still appears to be marked correctly as a replacement for the current breaker, and that it's obviously not a used item. Strange things can happen when you "find" someone with stock that no one else has.

Using a 20-30 would require swapping the wires and labels between positions 1 and 2. Using a 30-20 would not require either of those swaps.

Good eye, yes the labels would have to be switched if the 30/20 config is not available. Another option would be to use a full size 30 and a full size 20 as there looks to be one space left but should be verified first.
