30 amp AC/HTR breaker keeps tripping out on AC

I have 1997 Winnebago Brave 31RQ, Chevy 454 P30 chassis and the dash AC system cools but keeps tripping 30 amp breaker after minimal use during moderate outside temp.

Given that the 12 volt C/B is 20 years old , it may be weak , and I'd say install a new unit first .
If the new C/B trips , then you would have to determine , if the problem is with the blower motor or the A/C compressor's magnetic clutch .
Most systems have the power from the C/B running to the dash control head, split to the blower motor , for one side of the system, the other side , runs through the thermostat control, the low pressure switch and to the compressor clutch.
If the C/B doesn't trip while using the dash heater , then the blower motor should be ok, to determine if the compressor magnetic clutch is the issue , you could wire in an inline fuse holder , between the low pressure switch and the compressor with a 15/20 amp fuse to see if it blows, and the electromagnet needs replacing.
