Any combination of items that don't draw over 3,600 watts unless you have an EMS that sheds loads.
One air con, maybe two depending on the units.
Microwave may take 1200 watts.
Hair dryer at the same time as an electric coffee pot is probably not going to work.

If you want to use the microwave, turn off the A/C.

30 amperes of current. What you include in that is up to you.
The microwave oven is about 12-15 amps, a 13,000BTU air conditioner is a little less than 15 amps. Toasters, toaster ovens, etc are around 15 amps. Hair (blow) dryers are about 10-12 amps. Coffee makers pull 10-15 amps.
Don't forget your unit's power converter that charges your coach battery and powers the 12v stuff in the coach - lights, refrigerator controls, water pump, furnace thermostat, etc.
This means you are unlikely to successfully run 2, 15 amp appliances at the same time...

Think of it as "any 2." Microwave + Hot water Heater or Microwave + Hair Dryer or Microwave + A/C. Adding a third will trip the breaker.
Keep in mind that these are the big draws. There are other smaller draws like the battery charger and refrigerator. Typically battery chargers and refrigerators draw a couple of amp or more each.

On our Tiffin Bus there is an energy management system that will only turn on loads that the source will support. 30 is not much, so it is only a last resort if we can’t find a spot with 50. It will run frig and all led lights inside coach. Maybe one ac unit also. Definitely not the induction cooktop that need 220v.

Or any load that requires 220, not just a cooktop. My dryer is 220 so no drying on 30 amps. Even turning on both electric elements in my AquaHot is too much as each is 2000 watts. You just have to know what the draw is.

Best thing you can do and for next to nothing on a 30amp service, is to install a dual power adapter for running the rear ac when hooked to shore.
When on the genset, one already has the extra power and with a 20amp breaker on the gen, that directly feeds it.

We have 30A service to ours. We run our single AC (or electric 1500W heater in winter), electric fridge and microwave no problems with nothing else running.
