Third Brake Light for 2003 Monaco Monarch
Loco Joe-
Yours is not the only one gone white- look at this RVTrader listing photo.
I believe Monaco used lights from Kaper II ( www.kaper2.com) on your coach. I can't get to their Web site right now. Here's a link to one on Amazon, but it might not be the correct one.

Not sure where you can find your particular lens cover but, you're not alone. You should see about 1/2 or more of the Winnebago Journeys ('01-'03 or '04 era) out there. Many of them look like a back up light lens.

Monaco Part Number 16616187
Loco Joe-
Kaper II's Web site is still off the air (from here at least). They had drawings on their site.
I did a search for Monaco part number 16616187. Here are some results:
Third Brake Light: nwrvsupply.com
https://veurinksrv.stores.dealerspik...-p5748767.aspx
LED Third Brake Light For Monaco (click for more) | Guaranty
The first link has a dimension drawing (a bit difficult to read, though).
The lights at the links listed above appear to be surface-mount. The one from Amazon has some depth to it, and may or may not work, even if the height, width and hole spacing match your coach.

I always thought that if mine were like that, I might just try and get some red plexiglass and, cut it into the correct shape and size. What the heck, it might be worth a try. I don't know how long it would last but, I'm always thinking outside the box.
