You will need a 4K source. Some streaming services have 4K content. You will need very good internet for that. I’m not sure if any satellite services are offering 4K except for special channels or programs.

It will still "upscale" and have far less spaces between pixels. Rent Ultra HD Blu-ray movies*on UHDBR disc player.

Directv has a few full time 4K channels as well as some sports events in 4K as well. You will need a certain Directv receiver as well as a 4K client for reception.

Both Netflix and Amazon Prime Video have a fair amount of 4K offerings. You will need bandwidth in the 15mbs to 20mbs to stream in full 4K on one TV.
