4WD RV

We spotted this rig in Bowling Green, KY this summer.

Its from California, and the owner likes to camp on the beach.

Plus a bonus pic of RV of the year.

The rig u saw is called a Unimog made by Mercedes Benz. Very tough & expensive

In the northeast, if you go to the seashore at fishing sites you will see a lot of older Winnebagos converted to 4 wd so they can operate on the beaches.

Years ago I think it was Apollo made one called the "All Seasons" Made in the USA no less, I have never managed to see one. And I do not know how many were made (I'm thinking you need but one hand and perhaps not all the fingers).
