Simplistically, the park electrical system is grossly overloaded and/or the power company's system supplying the park is as well. Typically, the power company would supply the park with at least 118 volt on both sides of the line and more likely something in the 122v to 126v area if the whole system is not overloaded.
Short of the auto transformer solution, there is little you can do but there is lot that a low power voltage can do to your coach and the electrical system. The AC and your electric appliances will draw more current at a lower voltage and that can spell trouble. You should consider options and your propensity for risk taking. Good luck,

All - thank you all for the great replies. I think Bikinjim has a point because the park has a majority of 30amp sites (and the park is a bit older) which could cause this specific issue.

I'll definitely look into the autoformer - it seems like a great piece of equipment to have. Got lucky yesterday and had an overcast day so we hovered around 112 but today is clear and hot so the generator is running for now.

I'm glad the "the 106 range is perfectly normal" statement has been debunked. Maybe its normal in this park, but not at RV parks in general.

Thank you all for weighing in - as always you all are a tremendous help!

The official non-industrial voltage in the US is 120V per phase (not 110V, not 115V). Allowed tolerance is +/- 10%, so the OK range is 108V to 132V. Certainly not 105 or 106V.
