Just so you know....I went with the Samsung at the time, as it converts AC to DC to run it's compressor. Consequently, it plays well with modified sine wave (MSW) inverters, which my older Monaco had.

Like you my Norcold was still working as well but we knew we wanted a residential fridge and after seeing the charred ceiling once I got the Norcold out I was glad I went ahead and made the changed over. By far the best upgrade we've done and not a hard job at all going, on three years now on MSW with no problem.
I agree on the water dispenser we could have easily done without it. Good luck
