92 Signature No Crank

Good news...it died at home
Bad news...I have tried everything!

The 92 33oHP Cummins will not start the morning after parking in in the driveway following a 100 mile trip. when you turn the key on gauges and dash lights seem normal.

1) When I turn to the start position, all gauges and lights drop out like there is zero voltage.

2) Battery is good voltage not an issue.

3) Solenoids on the firewall and in engine bay are clicking when you turn the key to the start position

4) Same result with remote panel from the engine bay.

Here is what I checked so far:
-Checked wires at starter replaced the little end.
-Cleaned the battery and solenoid terminals
-checked all fuses and ALL relay connections
-Replaced the ignition switch
-Checked the emergency brake safety switch
-Checked and cleaned the connector under the shift pad
-Jumped the started and it turns the engine over normally.

I am all ears on this one guys

The fact that you say that the solenoid is clicking makes me think low voltage. Maybe you have a battery with a bad cell that can't carry load.
Have you tried jumping it with your car? One other to eliminate ECU is to put the ignition in the run position and jump out the starter until it starts and runs. If it runs its just the batteries, starter, or solenoid.
How old are the batteries? Any significant discharges lately?

Yes even had a 50 amp charger in start mode just to make sure. One year old great batteries spins over very quickly when I jump the starter.

It's got to be the solenoid then or a bad cable or connection.

6 hours of searching just to find one loose nut I did find quite a few questionable connections during my search for the problem.
