95 Southwind leveler jacks won't retract

1st start of the year for our MH and the jacks will not retract. This is the 3rd season we have had the MH so we are still very new.

They are Milwaukee cylinder leveling jacks, or at least that is what the control panel has on it.

We are getting power. The jacks will extend but will not retract.

Appreciate any advice, thanks in advance!

Spray some silicone lubricant on the polished rod - all the way around. You may have to force them up with a shovel or another pry-bar-type tool. I had to block the opposite one to keep it from coming back down. I did my driving and came back to my driveway, leveled up again, and they didn't retract once again - so spray once more and mess with the shovel. Eventually, they started working reliably. I spray them occassionaly still to keep the problem at bay.
