A/v Problem in MH-esp Journey Express

Im at the end of my rope with this! I hope someone out there can help.

Iíve got an 11 Winnebago Journey Express. When I bought it, the home theater head unit was missing, so I went out and found what I thought was the correct replacement unit for it on ebay - a Samsung HT D5210. I wired it into the switcher, and got no signal to any of the screens. I checked all the wires and they are all good. I replaced the switcher - several times - and that was no help either, still no signal to the screens. I finally went and got a cheap DVD player to plug into the switcher, and low and behold, it worked. So, thinking that something was wrong with my HT unit, I found another one, and bought it. Guess what? Still no signal. What could be going on here?

Has anyone else seen anything like this? Also, anyone outhere with a 2011 Journey Express that has the original Samsun HT head unit in it? If so, what model is it? Any other ideas? Iíve checked every part of the system, and separately everything works. Plugged in together, there is no signal to any of the screens. Ideas?

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Wish I could help but something like that can be hard to diagnose without seeing it.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
