i have had the AAA RV premum for 5 years and never used it but like others have said peice of mind. i have 7 tow trucks and none of them would even safely tow the trailer i pull much less the rig.. some folks find it funny that a guy that owns a tow company had AAA but there are no heavy duty trucks in my fleet

I've had Good Sam for 6 years - experience with both the MH and the cars - no problems at all! Blow out on the MH was handled just fine and the car was towed where it needed to go - literally no problems!

Had GS for several years. We found that if you didn't mind waiting for hours most of the time they would eventually get help to you. On average we waited 6 to 7 hours before help arrived on our first calls. We cancelled on the third call when they recommended we call 911 for service. We now have AAA premium.

The problem with AAA is that they don't always send a truck big enough or a tech with the knowledge of how to prepare a DP to be towed. I have used them when I had just cars and pick ups, but would not use them for the MH. Currently have GS, used them twice, both times they did fine.

It is hard to get suitable wreckers in remote Oregon but AAA did get us a state of the art heavy wrecker that towed our pusher 130 miles to help. I can't ask for more than that.

We had AAA for 18 years and were happy with them Until this last spring we needed an inside duel change. We had a spare tire mounted on a wheel. AAA
refused to change it even though we had the RV Plus plan. They said they no long change tires on duel axles. We switched to Coach Net for about the same price as AAA and if you are pulling a trailer, AAA will not change a tire on the trailer, Coach Net will.

I just have the car AAA, but I had a flat tire from a slow leak on my RV tire and needed air. I called AAA and they sent someone right away to fill up my tire so I could drive to a local shop to have the valve stem replaced. AAA told me i would just have to pay the service guy, who very nicely didn't charge me. So if you don't want to pay the extra for the AAA RV but have AAA you can still call them just be prepared to pay for the full service call.

We had the brakes fail on the Holiday Rambler in northern Arkansas last summer. Called AAA+ and within an hour a large wrecker showed up, had us towed back to Russelville. The repairing garage hooked us up to power and water in their parking lot and the brakes were fixed the next day. AAA did well by me. No complaints.

I have had AAA for 8 years. I had to get towed twice last year (with the old coach) and each time I told them the wrecker needed to be capable of towing a 30,000 lbs coach. Each time a proper truck was sent.
