ABS light coming on when engine brake is engaged on Spartan chassis

Having an extremely hard time finding a Spartan or any truck / bus shop that has the ABS diagnostic program called WABCO Toolbox V12 and up within 150 miles of Buffalo. Our ABS light is coming on when engine brake is activated. Most Spartan “authorized” dealers won’t touch it and don’t have this apparently specialized software to diagnose the issue with the exception of one who is, a month out for a drop off date and then, they told me it has to “be on our lot, but we probably won’t look at it for 1 to 3 weeks”. WOW! I’ve asked a truck shop that I trust to buy the software and offered to pay half. Anyone ever have an issue like this on a K-1 chassis or other?

Not feeling real happy having bought a MH with this chassis if there is no service reasonably nearby. But that’s on me.

1 to 3 weeks seems like a long time but with companies having a difficult time getting people to work its getting to be the norm.

Just had my coach in for some warranty work at Western Star and it was a week before they could take care of me. I have a different chassis so I have plenty of options as to where I take it but I didn't think a week was too long.
