I was getting an inverter fault when plugging in, sometimes resetting the inverter cleared it. But to reset the inverter I had to access the inverter which is buried in a compartment only accessible by sliding one of the storage bay trays out, climbing in and removing an access panel.
My cable end was a Glendenning molded on one. I noticed one prong was not coming out of the plug at a 90° angle. If I pushed it back I didn't get the inverter fault.
Replaced the end with the Camco one and no problems since.
