Added inverter and residential fridge.

We installed a residential fridge in our 03 intruder 350 and love it. Now I want to get an inverter to run off our batteries while boondocking. I don't want to plug into inverter, then replug when genset is running.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Look for one with pass-through capabilities. They have an internal transfer switch that switches to shore when connected, then battery when disconnected.

If you want it just for the refer, the Magnum 600 with pass thru is what you want. I installed a residential refer in a 2005 Diplomat and that already had a 2000 watt Magnum inverter. I wanted to run the refer on a dedicated inverter and installed the smaller Magnum 600. It worked great.

Do you have any more part numbers? I cannot find an inverter that is a "Magnum 600."

If the 600 means 600 watts, then I am confused.

The Magnum 612 is a modified sine wave inverter, I would suggest you look at a KISAE SWXFR1210 1000W Pure Sine Inverter w/ Transfer. I haven't personally used this, but I know of others that have and are very happy. Cost @ $350.

I have the KISAE SWXFR1210 and it is great.
I placed it near my Xantrex 458 and tapped 12v off the Xantrex with Battery cables. Then routed heavy duty extension cords to and from fridge. It has a remote I placed inside next to the fridge to monitor operations.

The SWXFR1210 was $300 with free freight.
