I have had a small refrigerator with a locking door in my basement for the last 6 years. Plug in the basement is on the inverter Leave it on all of the time while traveling and when plugged into shore power Never a problem. Just be careful when you open it after a day of traveling.

We ordered one in our previous '02 Dutch Star. When we got the Magna the DW demanded that we get one for it. I didn't think we needed it with the Jenn Air 22 cf refer/freezer but I went ahead and bought one. Have yet to hook it up other than to test it. It came with the wrong 12 V power cord and I need to order the correct one. Guess that's one of the problems with an "open box" unit won't exchange it for the correct cord.
