Adjustable Bed

Our coach came with the optional queen sleep number bed. We are considering adding an adjustable bed, and have been looking at the Axle Bloom products, either the queen 60"x80" or the split queen. My question is has anyone added the Axle Bloom adjustable bed frame and mattress, or any other adjustable bed/mattress? If you did add or are considering upgrading what concerns if any did you have? I'm concerned if the added bed frame weight may cause slide problems. Would like to hear what others think.

Thanks,
Greg

I haven't heard too many negative reviews or complaints about Axel Bloom although we've never had one. If still, RVing, we'd definitely look into it as we now require an adjustable bed.

They don't seem horrendously heavy from what I can tell ...it's how the bed is configured in the slide I'd imagine could pose some problems.

Have you looked through the client installation and testimonials on the Axel Bloom blog?

Client Profiles - Blog

This one is quite recent and caught my eye as that is a similar coach (a short Winnebago gasser) our friends have who installed an Axel Bloom.

Not a whole lot of prior threads on Axel Bloom here but I was able to find three:
