Adjusting Striker Pin on Entry Door

Have a striker pin that 'floats' vertically as it should - now 'wobbling' and gap showing between face plate mount and pin. Have removed face plate screws with no luck accessing pin. Have attempted to tighten or loosen pin with a #8 allen wrench in the end - no joy there also.

Appreciate any helpful hints - TIA!

Sounds like it is a Mov-a-bolt from PTL Engineering.

Google it and you will get their website as well as posts on here.

Removing it from the door jab could be difficult.

Humm, my Winnebago does not have a floating striker pin, of course it is 15 years older.
