Advice looking at a 1995 Pace Arrow 33'

we're going to look at a 1995 pace arrow on tuesday...currently have a class C going to hopefully move up to the class A. anybody have any advice they'd like to lend me on the pace arrow 33'....anything I should look for. it seems that people on here really like thier pacers. one thing I question is that they guy says it sleeps 5...queen bed in the back and a couch, but it has a table not a dinette...is there usually a bunk above the drivers front seats?

it seems to be a fairly low milage unit...under 50,000 with a chevy 7.3 motor in it. outside looks pretty good from the pics. i'll have to check out the tires and the awning...he says the generator and a/cs work.

couch is usually a sleeper. Sleeps 5 is strange number though. Must count the critter. Anyway, check everything, get on the roof and look for spongy spots, repairs, material, and general condition. Make the owner demonstrate that the generator does indeed run, and power the house, check the furnace , check the water heater, check with water in system for leaks, pump operation, toilet flush, shower works, etc. DRIVE THE COACH. Check functions of everything just as buying a used car. Check date code on tires, pay attention to how brakes feel. Do they pull , drag, squeal etc. Check color of brake fluid...dark brown indicates contamination. Check operating temps of engine.Transmission operation. Be thorough! Don't be afraid to wait a few days , even weeks, while you price items that may need fixed, maintained. Where is it located? Hopefully a place that is warm so you can check it out good. If cold, don't be in a hurry, and don't be afraid to make any offers taking all potential expenses to get it ready, into account. If you can't check all these, offer low. Better to let it sit than get stuck with lemon. My $.02

+1 to what Crazee1 said!
Make sure you can thoroughly check everything out so you don't end up with a lemon, and don't be in a rush because you're afraid you might lose it to someone else. Looking at Rv's for sale online shows lots of Pace Arrows from the 90's era for sale. We have a 98 Pace Arrow Vision and really like it. I have been getting the itch to upgrade, but it works great with no issues, and most importantly - is paid for! I'm not sure where he's counting a 5th person for sleeping unless it's on an air mattress/cot between the dinette table and kitchen area. I've not seen any drop down bunks over the cab looking at pics online for a 95 Arrow.

Good luck, and let us know how it turns out!
