I bet you are good. You can tell when someone has cared for their rig. Ours is now at 107,000 miles, and we were not afraid to purchase because going through the records it was easy to tell that the previous owners loved their RV very much and spent a lot of money doing upgrades and maintenance.

That's what I am hoping. She has definitely sunk a lot of time and money into it and it looks fantastic in all of the photos she has sent me. Hopefully the inspector agrees!
