Unhappy Air Bed on Thor ACE Evo 27.1?

We just purchased an ACE 27.1 and find that there is no air bed beneath the dinette/sofa. When we asked our sales person about it, he said that the last one he sold also did not come with the air bed. This os so odd, since all the ads and brochures mention it specifically.

Anyone else run into tjis issue and what did you do? I have sent an email to Thor Customer Service but no response yet.

Hello, this may have no bearing on your situation, but we recently bought a Thor Hurricane. It came with 2 air mattresses, one was simply in a box inside the coach, a Coleman I think...it was for the electric drop down bed in the cab. The second air mattress, I looked all over for....to my surprise, it was actually stowed inside the fold out couch....you could not see it until you put the couch out all the way into a bed, and there is was, stowed neatly in a zipper bag that is actually attached to the couch bed ....

our ace didn't have one either when we bought it. Luckily I noticed the day of pick up and told them...they had thor send us one, arrived a couple weeks later.
