Quite a while back I was involved in a thread which featured a person from Texas wanting to travel in BC and he didn't have an air brake license. I promised I would get the info and it took about six months but I got a reply from CVSE in BC and the person on the phone said quite succinctly that if you are legal in Texas then you will be legal in BC. I am sorry because I took so long to reply and that I forgot the thread name. If someone could remind me the thread I will repost this information.
There is no fee needed paying or anything like that as your Texas requirement is all that has to be met.
