Air horn and dock light problems

Have a couple of issues with my 2007 Monaco Dynasty Emperor IV.

(1) Was testing out my air horn as I'm getting ready for the Texas State Inspection. After not getting any report from the air horns I pressed the steering wheel aggressively and the air horns came on but they would not shut off. I pulled off the Smart Wheel Center piece and disconnected a single wire and the horns quit. Since it was hard to get the horns to engage and wouldn't shut off after working, is that likely caused by a faulty horn relay? Is there a solenoid somewhere in the system? The previous owner had a repair ticket for the same reason and their repair was to clear out dirt daubers. Would those wasps be camping in the open part of the throat? Wanted some thoughts before I crawled on the roof and started to tear something apart I have no experience with. I'm tempted to find a shop that services large 18 wheelers as they have air horns. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

(2) I have six docks lights on my coach. Two on the the left and right sides and two in the rear. The right and rear work but the left side is inop. I took one of the left side dock lights apart today. It was apparent that someone had applied silicone around the light perimeter. I tried to remove the light to check for continuity but I could not get it to budge or come out. Is there a secret latch or process to get these bulbs out. Could not find anything in the coach manuals to give me a clue on what is the problem. Could not see any foreign matter that would cause it to be stuck. ???????

We have a 2008 alpine coach and air horn stopped working!

(1) No need to go to the roof, only airlines at the horns and since you said they eventually sounded we know the air and horn part works. Mud daubers would only change the volume and/or tune. So, back to the inop part, your correct there should be a relay AND an electric air valve, your wire at the smart wheel most likely completes the circuit to ground and closes the relay sending power to the air valve. your chore is to locate the air valve and start trouble shooting from there.
