Low air on both tanks , sounds like the air dryer; moisture ejection valve ; is stuck open , otherwise the air would build in at least one tank .

Has the air dryer been serviced recently ?
What chassis is your coach built on ?

Call Spartan Motor Home Support ; have your serial number handy .
Ask for an air system diagram, and servicing info on the air dryer.
1-800-543-4277

Because the air pressure system has several back check valves ( that will show on the diagram ) , between the air dryer and the tanks , and from the tanks to the suspension , there are few places there can be a leak that will cause low pressure in both tanks; and JMHO. the air system dryer would be the first place I'd check

When I bought mine a few years ago I had a similar problem, bags wouldn't inflate after manual dump. I suspect the coach had been sitting a while before I bought it. Shop suggested that sometimes a bag gets "pinched"( not really proper term) and won't let them air up. The suggested extending the jacks and try the "auto store". Worked.

I would also suggest servicing and troubleshooting the dryer. The dryer controls is what left me stranded on an interstate out west this summer. Yes mine had recent service.

Did you have any indications of the bags not inflating other than just the air gauges? How long was it down before you tried to move it again? It sounds unusual that both systems would go south on you at once.

A couple of things come to mind of where the problem might be located. The air dryer might have a leak, effecting both systems. If the air dryer filter has not been change in over 2 years, the dryer system might be contaminated with stuff. If that is the case, it is possible that the air sending units in the front of the coach, probably in the hood area, could have failed. This is suspect if the air pressure did not change after running the engine for a few minutes. The pressure would be there, but no indications.

Another area to look is at the air transfer switch, not sure if that is the proper name, that has a shuttle valve that goes into the dump mode when you tell it to do so. And, the inflate mode when you tell it to stow the jacks. Start the engine and push the stow button. The system might have gotten out of sequence.
