Thanks Mike, I will try calling them but are they normally that willing to provide info on a 10YO coach that they didn't build?

They have the following disclaimer on the bottom of the email

It's not shouting.. Just cut and paste although they keep the Navistar part at a whisper
PRIOR TO JUNE 2009, THE MONACO®, HOLIDAY RAMBLER®, BEAVER®, SAFARI, McKENZIE®, AND R-VISION® BRANDS OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND THE ROADMASTER® BRAND OF CHASSIS WERE OWNED AND MANUFACTURED BY OTHERS. FOR CONVENIENCE, WE MAY OCCASIONALLY PROVIDE PRODUCT BROCHURES OR TECHNICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THESE OLDER PRODUCTS THAT WE ACQUIRED FROM THE FORMER MANUFACTURERS. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT UPDATED, APPROVED, OR MAINTAINED BY Navistar RV. THEY MAY CONTAIN MISTAKES OR BE INCOMPLETE.

Chris that is all just legal mumbo jumbo for Navistar when they took over Monaco. I can guarantee they have the data on ride height on your model.
