All of the 12 volt Lights flashing

All interior lights are blinking at a high rate, as I turn lights on volts go down on the digital read out. If I turn on all lights it will stop flashing. Volt gauge starts at 13.45 and increases to 14.35 as I put lights on. The blinking stops when when all interior light are on. Any ideas where to look would be helpful
Thanks

My thoughts.

What else is using 12v power?

Are you on shore power? If so check your inverter/converter using a volt meter. Is the a/c power suitable (about 120 volts 60 Hertz)

Unplug from shore power, turn off generator and check battery voltage.

Is this a new problem? When did it start happening?

First thing that came to mind is the AC to DC converter/charger is going out. Disconnect from shore power or trip the power feed to it and see what happens.

This started Wednesday night, it's just very strange at the moment. Shore power seams stable.

Any voltage above 13 is coming from the converter or (inverter/charger). As suggested you need to start troubleshooting by disconnecting from shore/genset power and verifying your battery voltage. Unless you're very, very lucky this is only going to get worse. I wouldn't trust the installed meters until I verified and knew exactly where the leads are hooked up. Use a hand held meter.

Good luck

Normally you'll see a reduction in output volts/amps as converters start to fail (lights dimming, furnace blower running slower and such) but it's certainly possible for the opposite where an increasing demand causes a stabilizing effect. A converter has two basic circuits or functions. Power conversion from AC to DC and power regulation to maintain a specific stable level as loading changes.

Concerning OEM installed meters, treat them in the same category as dash gauges or trouble lights for the power train. Good indicators of a possible problem but further investigation is warranted to verify the information.

Thank you for all your help and advice, I found that there was a relay that was going bad it was a normally closed relay that was not staying closed. Found a new one at our local dealer. Credit to Alliance RV for having the relay in stock.
