Hi my name is Noah, I am an addict...
Well here she is in all her glory parked next to the Nav! Upon closer inspection I will have some bulkhead repairs to do too. Ohh well, doesn't look too bad. At least I finally am not fixing water damage!
I'm sure my neighbors love me, probably think I have lost my mind...

153: The door frame is pretty rocked down below the window. I will need to rebuild from the door window down if I can't find a salvage door. The framed box around the stairs will need to be rebuilt as well but best I can tell the primary framing all around that front corner was not touched. I think it is very repairable.
Also, yes, the genset is horizontally mounted at the front of the coach. It is on a sliding tray as well. Wow is it set up to maintain everything so much easier!
Yes Bob, I think I am insane too. You are correct though, I feel like I grew up with the Nav and now I'm going to get serious with the Foretravel. My buddy thinks I will just end up doing this again and again if I don't get off FB marketplace and crackslist.
I have a call into Visones. The PO said that he called everywhere last fall and couldn't find a door. I am hoping I get lucky but I know I can rebuild it somehow. I might even be able to straighten everything out and get the same door back into some kind of shape to re-use it.
I am going to have to do some fiberglass repairs and most likely painting some of the front cap and the entire door. The plan is just let it sit until after Memorial weekend. I am going to take the Nav on one last weekend trip then bring it home, clean it up, and post the for sale ads.

Parts
This is a list to work from.
The only one I have used is Colaws and had good results.
Good luck.

Congrats on your new adventure, this should be a walk in the park compared to your last rv repairs.

One thing you should be able to pull pretty hard on a MH without flexing or sliding the tires across pavement.
Early in just finished ,current wrecked Monaco rebuild thread ,I shared another thread . Guy molded glass front parts from scratch. You should check them both out.

Foretravel’s are so well build, regardless of the year. I have two friends who own them. A Realm will definitely be our next coach. If all of the kick yards don’t have a door don’t be afraid to reach out to Foretravel directly. They are outstanding at supporting their coaches of all vintages.
Looking forward to the progress ahead. I’m sure your vibrating.

Subscribed to watch the repair.
The Foretravel U295's are nice coaches. You will be happy with it once completed.
