Eagles are great coaches as is Amer Coach support. Call Amer Coach tech support with the VIN, they might be able to provide some information.

Concur, American Coach has an overall good reputation. Suggest you do a search in the Owners forum (Could be under Fleetwood, don't recall if they have their own?) for this specific coach. You can learn quite a bit by reading a posts by current owners.

And as with all RV's. You have to like the layout, design, mechanical's - do they meet your needs? Then it is condition, condition, condition. Documentation is king...

Some of the 42 footers of that year were too heavy on the front axle (it depended on options & floor plan), so you might want to make sure this one is OK. See if the weight on the axle is near max before any water or passengers are onboard. An upgrade of the front axle is VERY expensive, so don't let the dealer pooh-pooh this IF it applies.

Other than that possibility, its a lovely coach that will will no doubt enjoy!

Good point on the front axle. We have some friends with an '08 42F...he changed the front axle due to the weight issue. The '08 Eagles (even the 45' models) all have the 14,600# front axle.

Thanks for all the replys , driving down Tuesday to look at unit and will check out the front axle, we have an 05 revolution now and love the floor plan of the eagle
